Diploma Pick-Up
Team Lifecycle is organising two days on which you can collect your diploma.
Location: Willem de Kooning Academy, Wijnhaven 61. The exact location will be announced at the kick-off on April 21, 2026.
Thursday July 16, 2026 | between 10:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00
Friday July 17, 2026 | between 10:00–13:00 and 14:00–16:00
You are welcome to come in during the indicated time slots. No appointment or registration is required. Please come at a time that suits you.
IMPORTANT: the diploma pick-up is an administrative procedure — you will sign for and collect your diploma. Physical attendance is required! Don’t forget to bring a valid id. If you have questions about the signing or you cannot attend, please contact us through wdka.lifecycle@hr.nl

Save the date kick-off meeting Graduation Show
|
Please mark the following date in your calendar:
Tuesday April 21, 2026 from 16:00 to 17:00 hrs
Location: Auditorium (ground floor), Wijnhaven 61
During this kick-off, we will provide information on:
- General details
- Introduction of the central project team and location teams
- Planning and deadlines
- Visual identity 2026
You will receive a formal invitation in the second week of March (week 11) with a registration link.
If you are unable to join us at the academy, don’t worry we will also offer a livestream via Microsoft Teams. The session will be recorded and published on our online channels afterwards.

To participate in the Graduation Show, you must complete the mandatory participation form. We will email you the form in week 11 through email.
Important: Completing the form is mandatory for participation in the Graduation Show.
