DURING THE SHOW
- Keep in mind we are guests at the different venues of the Graduation Show. At each venue, you will find a set of house rules at the info desk which we must adhere to.
- Don’t forget to turn on your work/installation that uses electricity every day!
At Katoenhuis & Keilepand: before 12:00 hrs
At C3 Studios: before 11:00 hrs
- Make sure you are present daily at your work/installation and keep an eye on your materials. This is your responsibility - or ask a fellow graduate to keep an eye on your work.

Your family is welcome to attend the talks. Each graduate* may invite up to four guests. No registration is required.
*Due to the limited capacity at KINO and the large number of Animation graduates, Animation students may invite a maximum of two guests to the Graduation Talks.
AFTER THE SHOW
> Dismantling

Please be mindful of the work of fellow graduates when dismantling.
No trash bins at the locations: At each venue, it is your own responsibility to take your rubbish with you. Unfortunately, we cannot use trash bins at the venues, so please bring rubbish bags.
Pedestals provided by the academy:We kindly ask you to dismantle the wooden top by cutting the tie wraps. Scissors will be provided at the venues. Please return the pedestals to the designated area at your venue. If you have any questions, please contact the venue coordinator.
Name/title card: Don’t forget to remove your name/title card.
> Evaluation
On Tuesday July 15, an evaluation form will be shared with you. We kindly ask you to complete the Graduation Show evaluation. Your feedback is valuable in helping us understand what went well and what the Academy can improve.
> Graduation Show Photography
On Tuesday July 15, we will share an online folder with a selection of photos from the Graduation Show, including images of the Graduation Talks. Please keep an eye on your e-mail.
