In this email, we would like to draw your attention to the following:

1. Build up information 

Katoenhuis: check MyWdKA or wdka.nl

Keilepand: check MyWdKA or wdka.nl

C3 Studios: all information has been shared by Karin Arink (arikc@hr.nl).

KINO: all info has been shared by Julia de Roo (j.de.roo@hr.nl).

2. Pick up: Name/Title Card, Graduate Keycord etc.

Exhibitors at Katoenhuis and Keilepand
You can collect your name/title card and graduate keycard on the following days:
Tuesday, July 8 | 11:00 – 17:00 hrs
Wednesday, July 9 | 11:00 – 17:00 hrs
Location Katoenhuis: entrance hall, ground floor

Exhibitors at C3 Studios
Karin Arink will distribute all materials on location at C3 Studios. She will reach out to you for a specific time-slot.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT NAME/TITLE CARD
If you haven’t submitted the form for the Name/Title Card or if there’s a mistake in your details, you can make (correct) the card yourself.

Blank foam boards will be available at Katoenhuis and C3 Studios.

Keep in mind: We don't have a printer at the location.

Exhibitors at KINO
You can pick up your keycord at the WdKA Film Festival desk in KINO on the day of your first screening while you pick up the ticket that has been reserved for you. Please come and pick up your ticket 30-15 minutes before your first screening.

3. Outdoor City Campaign
This year’s campaign is visible in various locations across the city. Have you already spotted the posters or the Graduation Show programme leaflet?

4. We Need Your Help During the Show | Promote your work
Help us spread the word about the Graduation Show by sharing your exhibition work on Instagram. Tag us and we’ll repost your content in our Stories from July 8–12!
